Account Deletion

How to permanently delete your account

Delete Your Account

If you'd like to permanently delete your account, you have two options:

Option 1: Contact Support

You can request account deletion by contacting our support team. Simply email us at support@prosta.uz with your account deletion request, and we'll process it for you within 24-48 hours.

Option 2: Self-Delete (When Logged In)

If you're logged into your account, you can delete it yourself through your account settings:

Click on your profile avatar in the sidebar or top navigation
Select Settings from the dropdown menu
Navigate to the Account tab
Scroll down to the Delete Account section
Click the Delete Account button
Confirm your decision by typing delete in the confirmation field

Note: When you delete your account, all your bookings, reviews, favorites, and personal data will be permanently removed. Active bookings will be cancelled and service providers will be notified. This action cannot be undone.
